Persatuan Renang is organizing a meet the PRAS 20th Juniors Age Group Aquatic Championship 2010 (SAG) in February 5th - 7th, 2010 held in Shah Alam Aquatic Centre. Enclosed is the full details for the meet.

NEW TIMETABLE TRAINING SCHEDULE
Dear Swimmers,
Our training session will be extended from 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours during school holidays. ATTENDANCE ARE COMPULSORY. Action will be taken for those who did not come on training day without any good reasons/explanations and if you are sick you are required to have medical prove certs.
We have come to our standard where our swimmers have managed to overtake their own time records and due to that training will be tough and no more playing! Its time to take action!!
